How to Reset Your Password

• If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 4: Follow the Link in the Email

• Click the secure password reset link included in the email.
• This will direct you to a page where you can create a new password.

Step 5: Create a New Password

• Enter a new password that meets the following criteria:
  • At least 8 characters long
  • Includes both uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Contains numbers and special characters (such as @, #, $)
• Confirm your new password by typing it again.
• Click “Save” or “Reset Password” to complete the process.

Step 6: Log In with Your New Password

• Return to the login page.
• Enter your email and new password to access your account.
